If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return our products and Free Gifts within three days ( 3 days ) with original packing, invoice, leaflet and other included items.If you want to return, please go through our Return & Refund Policies.
About Product Condition
1 ) If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return our product without using it . Product should be same and fresh condition. You should not use our product. If you used it, we will not accept to return the product.2 ) If you want return our product, after you receive our product, you should initiate return request within 3 days. We will not consider return our product and Free Gifts after three days ( 3 Days).
Refund Policy
1 ) If you paid through Debit Card or other online payment mode, We will initiate refund the money to your bank account within five to six ( 5-6 ) working days. If you paid through COD, We will initiate refund within twelve ( 12 days ) working days.2 ) If you want return our product, We will collect the courier fees from your order amount, the balance amount will be credit in your bank account. If you ordered and paid through COD, We will refund the balance amount directly to you through our authorized courier service partner.
Our Shipping Policy
1 ) Minimum and Maximum timeframe for shipping our product
If you ordered products in our www.petgreens.in website, we will ship the product through our courier with in minimum 24 Hours to Maximum 48 Hours, from the time of Order.2 ) Minimum and Maximum timeframe for deliver our products to our Customers.
If you ordered products in our www.petgreens.in website, we will deliver our products to your doorsteps through our courier partner, it will take minimum three to four days (3 to 4 days) maximum six to nine days ( 6 to 9 days ) from the date of product ordered.3 ) Collecting Shipping Cost / fees for Product Return
If you return our product, we will collect shipping fees from your paid amount.If you want return our product, We will collect the courier fees from your order amount, the balance amount will be credit in your bank account. If you ordered and paid through COD, We will refund the balance amount directly to you through our authorized courier service partner.4 ) If customers ordered products from the very deep and remote areas or very remote hilly places, (If our courier partner has not delivery service)
We will send / ship the products through Government of India Post (India Post).5 ) If you order our product in our website, we will initiate shipping with in 48 hours from your ordered time throw our shipping partner
6 ) If you ordered our product, shipping cost will be added when checkout
7 ) After sending return request, our courier service partner will call you for pickup the product from your door steps within 3 days
8 ) If you return our product, we will collect the shipping cost from you, the balance amount will be credited in your bank account
